Born in a small town in Indonesia, I always wanted my world to get bigger. My persistence led me to scholarships, BSc in Psychology, MSc in Educational Science, and two decades of navigating an international life and career outside my home country. With its peaks and valleys, which brought me here to serve you.
My close friends would describe me as a wellness warrior. I can’t resist to introduce my home-made green juices to friends, colleagues and even new people I met. I swear by Intermittent Fasting and love trying different body hacks to improve my physical and mental fitness.
Having moved home 28 times(!) across Indonesia, Malaysia and The Netherlands, I love to connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
